Caitlyn Deckard was so helpful, and I truly felt she cared about my situation by offering assistance in locating a PT in my area also referred me to a Cleveland Clinic gastroenterologist. Appointments have been set up for next week.

Caitlyn Deckard (CNP) and staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I left the visit with an understanding of my problem and a possible solution. She (Caitlyn) also had some other ideas if the current plan isn't successful and told me to message her on My Chart if needed. She seems genuinely concerned and I left the visit with a feeling of hope!
